Washington D.C – Se estivessem vivos António Agostinho Neto , Alves Bernardo Baptista”Nito Alves”, Jonas Malheiro Savimbi ,Holden Álvaro Roberto,Mfulupinga Lando Victor, e tantos outros políticos do mesmo gabarito – o desenrolar da nossa história política, económica e social teria tido (sem dúvida alguma!) uma dinâmica de liderança eficaz !…
Não se trata aqui de uma tendência nostálgica… nem tão pouco sublevar “gratuitamente” as suas respectivas personalidades com o “intuito de” descarrilar uma pseudo-democracia instaurada sob falsas pretensões, mas… para enaltecer a um vazio que se faz sentir cada vez mais no nosso “xadrez político.”
Imaginem quantas pessoas pacatas e indefesas terão sido víctimas de horrendos assassinatos cometidos por algozes a mando da “nomenclatura do MPLA” nos últimos 37 anos…
Seria, contudo, pertinente aqui irmos ao fundo das raízes de cultura da impunidade para termos uma completa imagem da magnitude de assassinato cruel e covarde implantado selvaticamente na nossa sociedade!
E é precisamente essa intolerância ao crime, baseada no extermínio do adversário político ou um mero pensar contrário a actual hierarquia governante – que tem “estrangulado” o mosaico cultural angolano,após a nossa independência!!!!
Acontece que o “instinto de eliminação” do pensar diferente adquirido por muitos dos nossos governantes durante a guerra de libertação colonial -ainda continua a ser a palavra de mais-valia no relacionamento quotidiano com os seus semelhantes…
E o mais triste aqui é que já projectaram esse maléfico comportamento social `a uma grande parte desta nova geração !!
Xeque mate… o vírus da impunidade e intolerância afinal tem a sua raíz!!!!
Mas, afinal como cortar o mal desta mesma perversidade quando o seu promotor é o presidente do partido governante?
Existem factos contundentes e inegáveis para se poder justificar tais afirmações…aliás cometemos o erro de o termos permitido concentrar todos “Affaires d’Etat” , gestão dos nossos recursos naturais e erário público nas suas próprias mãos sem alguma supervisão, tornado-lhe assim no homem mais poderoso do país e quiçá de África!!!!
O nosso maior perigo, contudo, é essa promíscua libertinagem que José Eduardo dos Santos ainda tem em poder :
1. Mergulhar o país numa guerra por procuração caso o desejo de ser substituido por seu próprio filho não seja concretizado.
2. Possuir a audaciosa facilidade em desfalcar o nosso erário público.
3. Adulterar os relatórios económicos e contratos secretos firmados com entidades estatais ou privadas estrangeiras.
4. Falsificar grosseiramente os resultados eleitorais a seu bel-prazer.
5. Marginalizar consistentemente uma ampla participação popular nas decisões de interesse público, etc.
6. Ter a capacidade de falsear uma convivência harmónica multi-etnolinguística nacional constantemente aterrorizada sob as força das armas e intimidações psicológicas.
7. Conseguir em utilizar as relações sociais, e étnico-raciais como mecanismo de poder manipular e controlar uma certa camada da população através de ludibriosos e aliciantes estímulos políticos e económicos.
8. Ter a possibilidade de moldar o pensar mais ingénuo da nossa sociedade a tal ponto de o tornar submissivo através da aculturação do culto à personalidade.
9. Ser capaz de criar com individualidades nacionais e estrangeiras empresas fantasmas financiadas por fundos oriundos do cofre nacional.
10. Ter posse e controle de esquadrão da morte operante a nível nacional através de terceiros.
11. Poder ter a audácia de intimidar ou eliminar fisicamente os seus adversários no estrangeiro, consoante os seus respectivos locais de residências.
12. Ter a hipótese de manipular e corromper a seu favor as decisões tomadas pela União Africana (UA).
13. Agir e sair impune de todas suas ações maléficas sem alguma responsabilidade jurídico-penal.
Entretanto, quando, por exemplo, ninguém sabe ao certo se vivem na nossa sociedade mais de 500 mil chineses… o que nos deviamos interrogar é quem realmente beneficia com a presença dessa imigração estrangeira no país!
A priori, a vinda desses chineses ( resultante das negociatas de Dos Santos e Sam Pa) era “fingir” a necessidade de uma mão de obra barata, quando na verdade o seu verdadeiro intuito é de proteger o regime no poder contra quaisquer eventuais investidas ocidentais.
Ora bem … como é possivel que Xu Jinghua ( Sam Pa), antigo operativo dos serviços secreto chinês e traficante de armas no nosso país nos princípios dos anos 80… hoje aparece como proprietário da China Sonangol Finance International Ltd.,China Sonangol Gas International Ltd.,China Sonangol International Ltd.,China Sonangol International Holding Ltd.,China Sonangol Natural Resources International Ltd., China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., China Sonangol Natural Resources International Ltd.,Sonangol Sinopec International Ltd, China Endiama International Limited, China Sonangol Singapore, China Sonangol Shanghai Petroleum Co ltd, China Sonangol Wall Street, China Sonangol International Airlines, Endiama China International Holding Ltd,etc.
Assim, a participação de Manuel Domingos Vicente e Francisco de Lemos José Maria ( vice-presidente da República e PCA da Sonangol, respectivamente) no Conselho Directivo das seguintes empresas evidencia as pegadas de Eduardo dos Santos associadas à máfia chinesa liderada por Sam Pa, em conjunto com gente influente pertencente ao Partido Comunista Chinês (PCC):
a.) Endiama China International Holding Limited.Propriedade: Empresa Nacional de Diamantes de Angola ,E.P. (Endiama) 55%, New Corporate International Limited 45%. Diretoria: Lo Fong Hung, António de Jesus Matias, Zheng Gang, Manuel Arnaldo Sousa Calado.
b.) Global Investments Fund Limited.Propriedade: Gold Ascent Limited (100%).Diretoria: Lo Fong Hung, Verónica Fung, Manuel Vicente, Francisco de Lemos José Maria.
c.) Sonangol Asia Limited.Propriedade: China Beiya Escom International Limited 70%, Sonangol ,E.P. 30%.Directoria: Lo Fong Hung, Wu Yang, Manuel Vicente.
d.) Worldpro Development Limited. Propriedade: World Noble Holdings Limited (100%)Directoria: Lo Fong Hung, Manuel Vicente, Francisco De Lemos Jose Maria, Moshe Hallak.
Contudo, resta saber o montante real de dinheiro que o governo angolano tem investido nessas companhias …para que possamos ter uma noção exacta da percentagem dos seus respectivos empreendimentos e lucros.
Jinghua, por outro lado, foi detido em Pequim no ano passado por corrupção relativa ao negócio da sua empresa China International Fund e a Sinopec estatal chinesa.
Ao que parece, por mais vontade política que tenha o Presidente Xi Jinping, uma possível revelação do impacto causado pela corrupção mafiosa Sam Pa/Dos Santos nas relações comerciais sino-angolanas, ao longo dos últimos 13 anos – acabará por “beliscar” a imagem do seu próprio governo e do Partido Comunista Chinês,tanto a nível nacional como internacional!
A China, na verdade, tem mais a perder se assumir e revelar publicamente as cláusulas contratuais gerais assinadas com o Chefe do Estado em nome do povo Angolano.
Não há dúvida de que, em virtude da situação de “grande fragilidade” política e social de José Eduardo dos Santos, o sr. Jinping venha a adotar uma postura relativista: indo atrás dos pequenos peixes e deixando os poderosos dentro do PCC desfrutarem das benesses mal adquiridas provenientes dos negócios rentáveis com Angola.
O Presidente da República teve também a santa petulância de elevar e promover a sua filha primogênita ao título de segunda mulher mais rica de África com fundos roubados do nosso erário público.
Verdade seja dita : em troca dos serviços prestados por Xu Jinghua, Lev Avnerovich Leviev, Arcadi Aleksandrovich Gaydamak contra as forças de Jonas Savimbi durante a nossa guerra civil, Dos Santos decidiu brindá-los com grandes jazigos de diamantes, poços de petróleo e negócios aliciantes no nosso mercado nacional de bens imóveis, etc.
Lev Avnerovich Leviev fez da Isabel dos Santos a primeira mulher bilionária africana e em troca controla o nosso maior negócio de diamantes em conjunto com a diamantífera russa Alrosa… providencia segurança a Eduardo dos Santos com doutrinas instruídas por ex-membros da KGB.
Ora num estado democrático de direito, Eduardo dos Santos nunca teria tal oportunidade de decidir o futuro de mais de 22 milhões de almas angolanas…
Nesse momento, a nossa obrigação moral é de denunciar as ambições militaristas de Eduardo dos Santos e todos seus comparsas…
É “imoral” e “inadmissível” que os nossos diamantes, petróleo e outros recursos minerais sejam utilizados como instrumentos de repressão do estado contra cidadãos pacatos e indefesos.
Mas afinal quem é que manda aqui?
Minhas sras. e meus srs. – é chegada a necessidade da convocação urgente de uma Conferência Nacional, com a participação de todas as “forças vivas”dessa terra,para perguntarmos ao único e legitimo proprietário de Angola a sua opinião.
O que se pretende aqui é repôr a dignidade cívica e moral das nossas instituições judiciária e ética.
Mas, é importante compreendermos (no sentido de aceitarmos como realidade) as obrigações morais que o presente impõe a cada um de nós.
E,infelizmente, não há remendos para tal exigência – ou devemos obedecê-la, ou estaremos condenados ao fracasso!
Essa Conferência deve ser encarada como um mecanismo para sararmos as nossas mágoas, aceitarmos a realidade tal como se apresenta, negociarmos os nossos respectivos interesses e projetarmos um próspero e duradouro futuro.

Angola: roots of the culture of impunity

Washington D.C – Were alive António Agostinho Neto, Alves Bernardo Alves BaptistaNito, Jonas Malheiro Savimbi, Holden Álvaro Roberto, Mfulupinga Lando Victor, and so many other politicians of the same feedback – the course of our political, economic and social history would have had (no doubt!) a dynamic of effective leadership.
This is not a nostalgic trend … nor stirring up “for free” their personalities with the “order of” derailing a pseudo-democracy established under false pretenses, but praise to an emptiness that is felt more and more in our political chess.
Imagine how many peaceful and helpless people have been victims of horrific murders committed by tormentors at the behest of the “nomenclature of the MPLA” in the last 37 years.
Yet it would be pertinent here, however, we go to the bottom of the culture of impunity roots to have a complete picture of the magnitude of cruel and cowardly murder deployed savagely in our society.
And it is precisely this intolerance to crime, based on the extermination of political opponents or a mere thinking otherwise the current ruling hierarchy – which has strangled the Angolan cultural mosaic, after our independence.
It turns out that the instinct of elimination “of thinking different acquired by many of our rulers during colonial liberation war – still continues to be the word of surplus value in the everyday relationship with their fellow human beings.
And the sad thing here is that they’ve already projected this harmful social behavior to a large part of this new generation.
Checkmate … the virus of impunity and intolerance after all has its root!
But then how to cut the evil of that perversity when its promoter is the President of the ruling party ?
There are overwhelming and undeniable facts in order to justify such claims … in fact we made the mistake of allowing him to concentrate all Affaires d’Etat, management of our
natural resources and public treasury into his own hands without any supervision, thus making him the most powerful man in the country and perhaps Africa.
Our biggest danger, however, is that promiscuous debauchery that Jose Eduardo dos Santos has yet to be able to:
1.) Plunge the country into a war by proxy if the desire to be replaced by his own son is not implemented.
2. Have the daring ease to embezzle our State treasury.
3. Tampering economic reports and secret agreements with foreign state or private entities.
4. Grossly falsify the election results to his pleasure.
5. Marginalize consistently popular broad participation in decisions of public interest, etc.
6. Have the ability to distort a national multi-ethnolinguistics harmonic coexistence constantly terrified under the force of arms and psychological intimidation.
7. Get in using social relations, and ethnic-racial as a mechanism to be able to manipulate and control a certain layer of the population through deceptive and attractive political and economic stimuli.
8. Be able to shape the thinking more naïve of our society to the point of making it submissive through acculturation of the cult of personality.
9. Be able to create with national and foreign dignitaries shell companies financed by funds from the national safe.
10. Have possession and control of operating death squads at the national level through third parties.
11. Being able to have the audacity to intimidate or physically eliminate his opponents abroad, according to their respective places of residences.
12. Having the chance to manipulate and corrupt in his favor the decisions taken by the African Union (AU ).
13. Take action and get away from all his evil actions without any legal and criminal liability.
However, when, for example, no one knows for sure whether there are more than
500 thousand Chinese living in our society … what we should question is who really benefits from the presence of this foreign immigration in the country.
A priori, the coming of these Chinese (resulting from the rackets of Dos Santos and Sam Pa) was “faking” the need for cheap labor, when in fact his real intention is to protect the regime against any possible Western advances.
Now, how is it possible that Xu Jinghua (Sam), former Chinese counterintelligence operative and arms dealer in our country in the early ‘ 80… today appears as the owner of the China Sonangol Finance International Ltd.,China Sonangol Gas International Ltd.,China Sonangol International Ltd.,China Sonangol International Holding Ltd.,China Sonangol Natural Resources International Ltd., China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., China Sonangol Natural Resources International Ltd.,Sonangol Sinopec International Ltd, China Endiama International Limited, China Sonangol Singapore, China Sonangol Shanghai Petroleum Co ltd, China Sonangol Wall Street, China Sonangol International Airlines, Endiama China International Holding Ltd,etc.
Thus, the participation of Manuel Domingos Vicente and Francisco de Lemos José Maria (Vice President of the Republic and chairperson of the Directors Board of Sonangol, respectively) on the Governing Board of the following companies shows the footprints of Eduardo dos Santos associated with the Chinese mafia led by Sam Pa, together with influential people belonging to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP):
a. ) Endiama China International Holding Limited. Property: National enterprise from Diamonds of Angola, E. P. (Endiama) 55 %, New Corporate International Limited 45 %. Directorship: Lo Fong Hung, António of Jesus Matias, Zheng Gang, Manuel Arnaldo Sousa Calado.
b.) Global Investments Fund Limited.Propriedade: Gold Ascent Limited (100%).Diretoria: Lo Fong Hung, Verónica Fung, Manuel Vicente, Francisco de Lemos José Maria.

Nevertheless, it remains to know the real amount of money that the Angolan government has been investing in these companies. . . so that we can have a right notion of the percentage of its respective undertakings and profits.
Jinghua, on the other hand, was arrested in Beijing last year for corruption relating to the business of his company China International Fund and Sinopec Chinese State.
Apparently, for more political will than has President Xi Jinping, a possible revelation of the impact caused by the gangsterish corruption Sam Pa / Dos Santos in the sino-Angolan trade relations, along the last 13 years – it will finish by “pinching” the image of his government itself and of the Chinese Communist Party, so much at national level as internationally!
There is no doubt that, in view of the situation of great political and social fragility of José Eduardo dos Santos, Mr. Jinping will adopt a relativistic stance: going behind the small fishes and leaving the mighty ones inside the PCC to enjoy the ill- acquired wealth from the profitable business with Angola.
The President of the Republic had also the holy impudence of lifting up and promoting his first-born daughter to the title of the second richest woman of Africa with funds stolen from our public purse.
Truth be told: in exchange for the services provided by Xu Jinghua, Lev Avnerovich Leviev, Arcadi Aleksandrovich Gaydamak against the forces of Jonas Savimbi during our civil war, Dos Santos decided to spoil them with large diamond deposits, oil wells and attractive business in our national real estate market, etc.
Lev Avnerovich Leviev made Isabel dos Santos the first billion-dollar African woman and in return controls our biggest diamond business together with Russian diamond company Alrosa … and provides security to Eduardo dos Santos with instructed doctrines by former members of the KGB.
Now in a democratic state of right, Eduardo of the Saints would never have such an opportunity for deciding on the future of more than 22 million Angolan souls.
Right now, our moral obligation is to denounce the militaristic ambitions of Eduardo dos Santos and all his cronies.
It is immoral and unacceptable that our diamonds, oil and other mineral resources are used as tools of State repression against peaceful and defenseless citizens.
But who’s in charge here?
Ladies and Gentlemen – now is the need for the urgent convening of a National Conference, with the participation of all the stakeholders of this country, to ask the only and legitimate owner of Angola about his opinion.
The aim here is to restore the civic and moral dignity of our judicial institutions and ethics.
But, it is important to understand (in the sense of accepting as reality) the moral obligations that this imposes on each of us.
And, unfortunately, there are no patches for this requirement – or should we obey it, or we are doomed to failure.
This Conference should be seen as a mechanism to heal our sorrows; accept the reality as it stands; negotiate our respective interests and projecting a prosperous and sustainable future.
