Angola: maintain the status quo, at all costs!

mmmmm

Washington D.C–There are reliable reports that a strong team of KGB agents of Leonid Ilyich Brezhnev, and Angolan cadres trained by his structures, operated from Luanda between 1975 and 1979 in order to secure the rise of José Eduardo dos Santos.

However, even exerting top positions at the then Movement of Liberation of Angola (MPLA ), almost no one inside or outside this party suspected his affiliation with the Soviet secret police.

And the few that did, such as Pedro de Castro Van-Dúnem “Loy,” were part of his group and never dared betray him. 1975-1979 was the darkest period in the history of the MPLA as a ruling group for its members.

How many of its faithful members (literate or illiterate, wise or naive!) have been direct or indirect victims of the ambition of the “protege” of Moscow?
How many of its faithful members (literate or illiterate, wise or naive!) have been direct or indirect victims of the ambition of the “protege” of Moscow?
Intrigue and disagreements, curses and curses, slander and libel, envy and jealousy, bribes and extortion, and attractive bait traps, poisoning, and poisoning, suicides and homicides, kidnappings and murders, forced exile or volunteer, etc., were the tactics used by the group in charge of guaranteeing the rise of Eduardo dos Santos to the Presidency of the Republic.

Once in power, Dos Santos chose to get rid of those who could cause disturbances or collateral damage to him, resorting thus to using these very same savage methods that, unfortunately, still today, are cowardly employed by the repressive State apparatus.

And the rest, he keeps them chained in a sort of purgatory world, according to the degrees of their presumptive offenses.

The alleged crimes committed by Manuel Domingos Vicente, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos “Nandó”, Roberto Antonio Victor Francisco de Almeida, Julian Matthew Paul “Dino”, João Manuel Gonçalves Matrosse Lourenço, General Manuel Helder Vieira Dias “Kopelipa”, General Leopoldino Fragoso do Nascimento “Dino”, General António José Maria, General Francisco Higino Lopes Carneiro, etc., differ in nature from the political class, criminal, constitutional, moral-civic.

For example, Manuel Vicente and Generals Kopelipa and Dino, etc. – if they oppose the “indication” of José Filomeno dos Santos “Zenu” to the President of the Republic, they will be held responsible for the creation of the following companies with funds from our public purse: China Sonangol Internacional, Sonangol Sinopec International, Endiama China International Holding Limited, China Sonangol Finance International Ltd., China Sonangol Gas International Ltd., China Sonangol Natural Resources International Ltd., China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., China Endiama International Limited, China Sonangol Singapore, China Sonangol Shanghai Petroleum co ltd, China Sonangol Wall Street, China Sonangol International Airlines, Endiama China International Holding Limited, etc.

Similarly, Roberto de Almeida, Dino Matross, and so many other creatures of the same political caliber risk seeing their names associated with the fiasco of Banco Espírito Santo Angola (BESA).

The pyramid of internal control exercised by José Eduardo dos Santos over his subordinates in the MPLA or Angolan Executive matches the style of Joseph Stalin.

In most cases, the excessive cult of personality of “Commander in Chief” resembles a kind of old tax debts “or” new passport to claim political, financial or professional status, primarily within the public institutions and the ruling party.

The Vice President also will be responsible for the mission of denying a meeting or dealmaking between José Filomeno dos Santos “Zenu,” and Sam Pa (Xu Jinghua), Veronica Fung, Wang Xiangfei, Fung Hung was carried out at the headquarters of the 88 Queensway Group in Hong Kong.

And that the presumed candidate for the succession of his father as President of Angola was never part of the management of China Sonangol International Holding Limited.

However, after securing more than $25 billion Chinese loans surrounded by secrecy, Dos Santos is now a lengthy wait to see who will be the next tenant of the White House and the unfolding events in Syria to give “checkmate” to his political opponents, internal or external.

Nonetheless, the upcoming MPLA’s congress (on 17-20 August in the same year) has already generated a lot of nervousness and anxiety in the party in power!

And a lot will depend on the amount disbursed by the Chinese loan. But, the constant danger and always lurking will become part of our everyday lives if we accept to be hostages of the results of this political event.

That is, from January to August of this year, all of our political life, social, financial, military, etc., will be suspended until the confirmation of the new mandate of Eduardo dos Santos in the MPLA leadership.

If he conquers the top post of the party of “comrades,” as you can guess, his second plan will send us automatically in the running for the general elections 2017.

And again, we’re all at the mercy of his quirks: to be replaced by his son-whatever it takes!

See how expensive it has cost us the centralization of political power in the hands of a single person?

When the 2016 State budget allocates to the National Intelligence Service the triple of the amount intended for the structures to our food security – everything is clear: maintain the status quo at any price!

So, right now, we can only convene a national conference urgently to discuss the compulsory and immediate reform procedures of José Eduardo dos Santos, creation of a transitional Government, National Reconciliation Commission, etc., with all participants the living forces of the nation.
All this is to prevent the country from becoming plunged into a bloodbath unprecedented in its history.

The choice is ours!
