Angola: A Máfia e a Sonangol

Washington D.C -As companhias China Sonangol Internacional e a Guangxi Hydroelectric Construction Bureau , supostamente afiliadas ao Xu Jinghua, nunca deveriam ter sido permitidas entrar no nosso mercado de negócios.
Xu Jinghua (Sam Pa), que goza uma relação confortável com o Presidente da República angolana – controla a partir de Hong Kong um aglomerado de empresas conhecidas por 88 Queensway Group: China Sonangol Asia Ltd.,China Sonangol Asset Management Ltd.,China Sonangol Engineering &Construction Co.Ltd.,China Sonangol Exploration &Production Ltd.,China Sonangol Finance International Ltd.,China Sonangol Gas International Ltd.,China Sonangol International Ltd.,China Sonangol International Holding Ltd. ,China Sonangol Natural Resources International Ltd., China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., China Sonangol Natural Resources International Ltd.,Sonangol Sinopec International Ltd, China Endiama
International Limited,etc.
Jinghua, que também foi antigo colega de José Eduardo dos Santos numa Academia militar Soviética em Baku há quatro décadas atrás, conta com o apoio de Lo Fong Hung,Veronica Fung ,Wu Yang ,Wang Xiangfei e Kwan Man Fai na administração dessas empresas. Estes últimos, em conjunto com Jinghua, foram oficiais operativos da contrainteligência externa militar Chinesa.
Contudo, o negócio do nosso crude é tão secretivo, a tal ponto que ninguém senão o Presidente da República sabe os lucros provenientes do petróleo e gás angolanos … a título de exemplo, Dayuan International Development Limited (empresa pertencente `a Xu Jinghua) detém 70 porcento da China Sonangol e a Sonangol tem os restantes 30 porcentos. Mas, a questão que se põe aqui é – 70 ou 30 porcentos de quê? Quais são os activos fixos de propriedade da China Sonangol?! E isso ainda constitui segredo de
Estado!?…
De acordo com um relatório da comissão de Revisão para Segurança e Economia EUAChina publicado em 20 de Julho de 2009, foi Manuel Domingos Vicente quem, em companhia dos directores da 88 Queensway Group, criou a China Sonangol Holdings Limited em Agosto de 2004 … quando a companhia estatal de petróleo chinesa Sinopec na altura procurava operar no bloco 18 em Angola…
Em 2004, a Royal Dutch/Shell opta por vender as suas acções no bloco 18… prometendo em 2003 vendê-la para ONGC-Videsh, companhia petrolífera estatal Indiana e não aconteceu por que a Sinopec ofereceu $725 million por 50% do bloco 18, esmagando assim a sua adversária indiana.
E foi nesse mesmo período de tempo que Dos Santos rejeita um convite de visita oficial `a Índia e recusou encontrar-se com o ministro indiano de petróleo Mani Shankar Aiyar., que estava de visita em Luanda…
Assim, a China Sonangol Holdings Limited foi oficializada em 8 de Septembro de 2004 com o seguinte corpo directivo :Lo Fong Hung, Veronica Fung Yuen Kwan, Wu Yang, e Manuel Domingos Vicente.
Xeque-mate! Aqui começa o baptismo da corrupção do nosso petróleo e gás. E para mal dos meus pecados, a China Sonangol contracta a Pierson Asia, uma empresa especializada em recrutar companhias chinesas para fixarem negócios em Angola…Pierson Asia é um das empresas de Pierre Falcone,o traficante de armas condenado em França no ‘Angolagate.’
Por que é que a China Sonangol Internacional, Guangxi Hydroelectric Construction Bureau e todas as empresas associadas a “88 Queensway Group” nunca deveriam ser permitidas entrar no nosso mercado de negócios?
Muito simples:paternalismo corporativo (privado) e estatal (público), assistencialismo,patrimonialismo,nepotismo, fisiologismo, clientelismo …competição predatória,clientelistas, familistas,nepotistas,etc.
Então nos perguntamos: até que ponto estamos endividados com os chineses?
Quando sairão de Angola os 500 mil chineses?Quem lucra com tudo isso? Oh, desculpem! Isso é segredo de Estado!!!
A verdade aqui é só uma:ou enfrentamos a realidade tal como se nos apresenta, enveredando pela via da reconciliação nacional e conduzindo o processo para convocação de uma conferência nacional… com a participação de todas as forças vivas desta nação…
ou caminhamos na orla-do-abismo , e – agindo desta forma – seria tanta má-fé dos nossos governantes, e desejo de maldição `a geração vindoura!…
Nenhuma geração deste mundo gostaria herdar corrupção e suas próprias terras endividadas aos Chineses!
A China em dez anos provou-nos ser mais perniciosa que o colonialismo português de 500 anos; prostituiu todos os nossos valores morais e éticos e abusou da nossa bondade!
O que .Xu Jinghua ,Lo Fong Hung ,Veronica Fung ,Wu Yang ,Wang Xiangfei e Kwan Man Fai têm feito em Angola, se o fizessem na China – seriam enforcados!
É inacreditável que esses indivíduos consigam operar avultadas somas de dinheiro abaixo dos olhos do governo chinês em Luanda,Hong Kong ou até mesmo em Pequim.

China in ten years proved to be more pernicious than 500-year-old Portuguese colonialism; prostituted all our moral and ethical values and abused our goodness!
What Xu Jinghua, Lo Fong Hung, Veronica Fung, Wu Yang, Wang Xiangfei and Kwan Man Fai have done in Angola, if they did in China – they would be hanged!
It is unbelievable that these individuals can operate large sums of money under the eyes of the Chinese government in Luanda, Hong Kong or even Beijing.
