Angola: estado de saúde de Eduardo dos Santos vs. viver à beira do abismo!

Washington D.C – Se o presupposto da erradicação das sequelas do colonialismo português era a distribução equitativa de todas nossas riquezas, respeito pelas regras de tolerância e cortesia,valores cívicos e da cidadania, direito à informação,etc., o MPLA – aparentemente! –falhou nesses capítulos…
Ao invés, habitou-se a coibir a comunicação social, como melhor forma de poder “barrar” o acesso aos dados da gestão do erário público, e apagar a ascensão de qualquer um outro partido político à Presidência da República…
Essa postura criou na mente do cidadão pacato uma consternação e aversão à maneira de administração do Estado governado pelo MPLA, germinando assim rumores, boatos,desinformação intencional, e Deus sabe que raios mais!
Se o sigilo do estado de saúde de José Eduardo dos Santos criou ou não um “semi-transtorno social” – fruto,em parte, das “boatices” circuladas nas redes sociais, o partido governante só se pode culpabilizar a si próprio!
Bastava uma simples nota da Casa Civil da Presidência da República, referindo a deslocação do Chefe de Estado à Espanha por razões de saúde e logo evitar-se-ia qualquer uma ansiedade social…
Porque por mais bem intencionada que fosse a decisão do partido no poder de não partilhar essa informação, haveriam sempre dúvidas quanto ao seu compromisso de transparência eleitoral…
E lá se faz a seguinte pergunta: até que ponto terá essa sua intenção afectado a divulgação dos programas de governação de todos os partidos concorrentes as eleições… e logo, fica-se então assim com a impressão que grande parte dos eleitores irão votar sem terem o conhecimento prévio de como vão ser governados nos próximos cinco anos!?
Convenhamos também aqui que ao longo da sua governação o MPLA criou inimigos dentro e fora do país… e certamente que a “ocasião de segredo” poderá ter sido usada na sua maior versatilidade…
O “silêncio” do partido dos camaradas acabou por expôr os quebra-cabeças dentro das suas estruturas, deixou muito mais céticos os potenciais investidores estrangeiros, aumentando assim a contestação da sua governação…
Solução: a realização de uma conferência nacional dar-nos-á uma oportunidade que permita esclarecer os mal-entendidos e dissuadir qualquer espírito aventureiro, projectar e harmonizar os nossos respectivos diferendos, caso contrário viveremos sempre à beira do abismo.
A escolha é nossa!

Angola: health status of Eduardo dos Santos vs. living on the edge of the abyss.

Washington D.C – If the presupposition of eradicating the aftermath of Portuguese colonialism was the equitable distribution of all our wealth, respect for the rules of tolerance and courtesy, civic values and citizenship, right to information, etc., the MPLA – apparently! – failed in these chapters …
Instead, it dwelt to restrain the media, as best way to be able to “bar” the access to the data of the management of the public treasury, and to erase the rise of any other political party to the Presidency of the Republic …
This posture has created in the mind of the peaceful citizen dismay and aversion to the way of state administration governed by the MPLA, thus generating rumors, rumors, intentional disinformation, and God knows what else!
If the secrecy of José Eduardo dos Santos’ state of health has created a “social semi-disorder” – partly due to the “rumor mania” circulated in social networks, the governing party can only blame itself!
All it took was a simple note from the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic, referring to the displacement of the Head of State to Spain for health reasons and soon it would avoid any social anxiety …
Because no matter how well-intentioned the decision of the party in power to not share this information, there would always be doubts about its commitment to electoral transparency …
And there is the question: to what extent will this intention have affected the disclosure of the governance programs of all parties competing in the elections … and soon, one is under the impression that a large part of the voters will vote without having prior knowledge of how they will be governed in the next five years.
Let us also agree here that throughout its governance the MPLA created enemies inside and outside the country … and certainly the “occasion of secrecy” may have been used in its greatest versatility …
The “silence” of the party of the comrades ended up exposing the puzzles within their structures, made much more skeptical the potential foreign investors, thus increasing the challenge of its governance ……
Solution: the holding of a national conference will give us an opportunity to clarify misunderstandings and dissuade any adventurous spirit, to design and harmonize our respective differences, otherwise we will always live on the edge of the abyss.
The choice is ours!
