Angola:Dinheiro do contribuinte Angolano usado pela China-Sonangol na Coreia do Norte

Washington D.C- De acordo com a 38nort.org, a China Sonangol International através da sua «empresa-mãe» The 88 Queensway Group tem investido nos últimos 8 anos bilhões de dólares em vários mega- projectos na República da Coreia do Norte!

Só Deus Sabe a percentagem de acções que o contribuinte Angolano detém no portfólio da The 88 Queensway Group, que também é a «empresa-mãe» da China Sonangol International Airlines,China Sonangol Petroleum, China Sonangol Singapore, China Sonangol News,Endiama China International Holding Limited,l Sinopec International,etc.

Consta que pelo menos até no princípio de 2012, Manuel Domingos Vicente (o então presidente do Conselho de Administração da Sonangol) juntamente com José Filomeno de Sousa dos Santos, o “Zenu”, Lo Hung e Fung kwan, faziam parte do corpo directivo da China Sonangol International sediada em Hong Kong.
Contudo, num artigo de investigação da FT Magazine publicado em 8 de Agosto de 2014, aquando do processo do seu recrutamento em Hong Kong,Helder Bataglia recorda-se ter visto Manuel Domingos Vicente no elenco da delegação chefiada por Xu Jinghua.

Bataglia revela também nessa investigação que o sr. Xu Jinghua ( Sam Pa) lhe havia confidenciado do seu encontro com o Presidente da República José Eduardo dos Santos em meados de 2003, sem “amiudar” mais detalhes… e do seu envolvimento na venda de armas nos “últimos instantes” do nosso conflicto armado…

Esse artigo de investigação deixa visivelmente clara as pegadas de filiação de Xu Jinghua (Sam Pa)… como representante dos serviços secretos chineses durante a nossa guerra civil…

E como bem diz o adágio popular : depois da tempestade vem a bonança – Dos Santos e Jinghua criaram a China Sonangol International e tantas outras empresas fictícias … numa espécie de queda livre ao desfalque desenfreado do nosso erário público! ….

Assim, não restam dúvidas algumas da magnitude de fragilidade do nosso actual poder executivo, legislativo e parlamentar… ou seja, o grande perigo que corremos em termos depositado ingenuamente essas nossas estruturas estatais nas mãos de um só único indivíduo… E foi precisamente aqui que hipotecámos a nossa qualidade de ar que respiramos!?

Quando, por exemplo, temos mais de 500 mil “mão-de-obra barata” chinesa – isso, em si, reflecte a má gestão dos nossos recursos humanos… e consequentemente a má-fé e desonestidade da nossa liderança máxima!

Aliás, a maior inquietação de todos os nossos graudos que estiveram sempre ligados directa ou indirectamente envolvidos na promoção da nossa corrupção e violência,repressão e protestos sabe perfeitamente da gravidade desses crimes!

Mas, acima de tudo… o que nos devemos interrogar é: a quem realmente pertence o The 88 Queensway Group e as percentagens de acções que o contribuinte Angolano detém no portfólio desse grupo!

O melhor que nos resta… e tudo isso sem ilusões….seria exigirmos a convocação de uma conferência nacional, com a participação e cidadania de todas as forças vivas dessa (des)república, exigindo a reforma compulsória e imediata de José Eduardo dos Santos…E isso tem de ser feito urgentemente!

Angola: Angolan taxpayer money used by China-Sonangol in North Korea

According to 38nort.org, China Sonangol International through its ‘parent company’ The 88 Queensway Group has invested billions of dollars in several mega-projects in the Republic of North Korea over the past 8 years!

Only God knows the percentage of shares that the Angolan taxpayer holds in the portfolio of The 88 Queensway Group, which is also the parent company of China Sonangol International Airlines, China Sonangol Petroleum, China Sonangol Singapore, China Sonangol News, Endiama China International Holding Limited, Sinopec International, etc.

At least until early 2012, Manuel Domingos Vicente (the then chairman of Sonangol’s Board of Directors) along with José Filomeno de Sousa dos Santos, Zenu, Lo Hung and Fung kwan, were part of the governing body of China Sonangol International based in Hong Kong.

However, in an FT Magazine research article published on August 8, 2014, during the process of his recruitment in Hong Kong, Helder Bataglia recalls seeing Manuel Domingos Vicente in the cast of the delegation led by Xu Jinghua.

Bataglia also reveals in this investigation that mr. Xu Jinghua (Sam Pa) had confided to him about his meeting with the President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, in mid-2003, without adding more details … and his involvement in the sale of arms in the “last moments” of our armed conflict …

This research article makes clear the footprints of Xu Jinghua (Sam Pa) … as a representative of the Chinese secret services during our civil war …

And as the popular adage says: after the storm comes the bonanza – Dos Santos and Jinghua created China Sonangol International and so many other fictitious companies … in a kind of free fall to the rampant embezzlement of our public treasury!
Thus, there is no doubt about the magnitude of fragility of our current executive, legislative and parliamentary power … that is, the great danger that we run in terms of naively placing our state structures in the hands of a single individual … And it is precisely here that we mortgaged our quality of air we breathe!?
When, for example, we have over 500,000 Chinese “cheap labor” – this reflects the poor management of our human resources … and consequently the bad faith and dishonesty of our top leadership!
In fact, the greatest concern of all our associates who have always been directly or indirectly involved in the promotion of our corruption and violence, the crackdown on protests are perfectly aware of the seriousness of these crimes!

But above all … what we must ask ourselves is: who really belongs to The 88 Queensway Group and the percentage of shares that the Angolan taxpayer holds in that group’s portfolio!
The best we have left … and all this without illusions …. we should demand the convening of a national conference, with the participation and citizenship of all the living forces of this (dis) republic, demanding the compulsory and immediate retirement of José Eduardo dos Santos … And this has to be done urgently!
The Choice is ours!
