Angola:ambição desmedida de Dos Santos vs. ameaça constante da guerra civil
* Quem goza da proteção e benefícios da máfia chino russa?

Washington D.C –Sob a chefia de José Eduardo dos Santos, a máfia apoderou-se da nossa presidência da República pela força das armas – semeou um sistema de terror subtil e corrupção em todas as instituições estatais!

Dos Santos, antigo estudante do Colégio Militar da KGB,foi o responsável pelos serviços de contra-inteligência de telecomunicações do MPLA, liderado por António Agostinho Neto na luta contra o colonialismo português.

Naturalmente que este cargo o tera permitido influenciar as decisões e soluções tomadas por Agostinho Neto, na forma de operação da guerrilha e nomeação de chefias…

Até que ponto Eduardo dos Santos terá conspirado nos trágicos eventos conduzentes à chacina do 27 de Maio de 1977 e consequentemente na morte suspeita de envenenamento do nosso primeiro Presidente da República – só o tempo dirá!

Mas, é legítimo, por exemplo, questionar o seu paradeiro nesse dia… e, aliás, as suas funções de chefia da comissão de inquérito para averiguar a dissidência dentro do MPLA em 1976 haviam sido fortemente contestadas pelos visados – Alves Bernardo Baptista (Nito Alves) e José Van-Dúnem!

Assim, a sua ascensão à presidência da República e do MPLA, logo após a morte de Agostinho Neto, tera apanhado muita gente de surpresa …e muitos que lhe teriam ajudado a chegar ao poder acabaram mais tarde na miséria e no desamparo… e outros ainda tiveram mortes misteriosas…

Com todos possíveis obstáculos marginalizados ou neutralizados, Dos Santos aumenta autoridade e concentra em suas mãos todos os poderes do Estado…

Para fortalecer ainda mais a sua governação e torná-la incontestável dentro de quaisquer estruturas estatais nacionais, MPLA e ou partidos da oposição, sociedade civil,etc., o Presidente da República recorreu-se aos serviços de ex-afiliados da KGB, nomeadamente Arcadi Aleksandrovich Gaydamak, Lev Avnerovich Leviev, Xu Jinghua, Pierre Falcone,Hélder Bataglia dos Santos…

Oficialmente, assim,Eduardo dos Santos usurpou-nos o princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana, amaldiçoou-nos os corações e almas, prostituiu a constituição e “mafializou” todo nosso aparelho de Estado…

Burlou-se da ingenuidade dos seus próprios companheiros de luta e não só… criando-lhes uma imagem rosada sobre a necessidade de existência duma classe burguesa nacional, através da «acumulação primitiva de capital»…

Toda a ideia contrária a esse princípio acabou no manicómio, isolamento, exílio, forçado ou voluntário, assassinato premeditado…

A armadilha parece ter produzido resultados incalculáveis e inesperados em curto espaço de tempo… enquanto o “Chefe” desenhava planos de desfalque de grande envergadura do nosso erário público com a máfia chino russa, os seus discípulos lutavam por cargos governamentais,residências privadas ou estatais,obtenção de empreendedorismo de subsistência…

Aqueles que mais se destacaram nos serviços especiais prestados a Presidência da República foram recompensados com funções públicas distinguíveis, abonos financeiros e materias….

Desse grupo sobressaem ex-agentes activos ou inactivos dos aparelhos repressivos do Estado que cometeram crimes em nome do Presidente da República, alguns dos quais ainda hoje ocupam cargos de relevância na nossa Administração Estatal.

A esses juntam-se também outros que, nos desempenhos das suas ocupações públicas, desviaram do cofre nacional avultadas somas de dinheiro.

Qualquer um desses indivíduos não está em condições de questionar a liderança do actual chefe do Governo ou partido no poder por serem seus próprios cúmplices ,passivos ou activos, de todos os crimes cometidos em nome da preservação do status quo!

Hoje, por exemplo, quando se diz que o MPLA é o único partido político que “está preparado para continuar a governar os destinos do povo angolano” (Roberto de Almeida), equivale a dizer que nenhum outro poderá ter a mesma proteção e benefícios da máfia chino russa.

E é precisamente aqui onde reside o maior perigo da nossa estabilidade social – está condicionada ao desfecho de certos “condicionates internacionais” e corre o risco de trilhar o mesmo caminho que a Síria…

Faltam quinze meses para o fim do mandato da administração Obama… e enquanto isso, Eduardo dos Santos faz o compasso de espera no resultado da crise do regime de Damasco para então prosseguir com o plano de ser substituido pelo seu próprio filho.

Se Putin for capaz de continuar a “amamentar” o seu único protegido no Médio Oriente até à partida de Obama, o líder do partido no poder do último bastião da Rússia em África aproveitará essa oportunidade para “ batotar” as próximas eleições gerais e certificar-se que a transição de poder (de pai para filho) decorra sem algum recalque!?

Contudo, a falsa promessa de «acumulação primitiva de capital» alienou muitas almas ingénuas dentro e fora do MPLA – de tal modo que as suas respectivas filiações à máfia dirigida por Eduardo dos Santos fê-los coniventes de todos presumíveis crimes orquestrados pela Casa Civil da Presidência da República.

Por exemplo, grande parte dos fundos açambarcados da nossa caixa forte – avaliados em mais de 85 bilhões de dólares – estão invertidos no “The 88 Queensway Group” e variás subsidiárias: Ediama Sonangol, China Sonangol Finance International Ltd.,China Sonangol Gas International Ltd.,China Sonangol International Ltd.,China Sonangol International Holding Ltd.China Sonangol Natural Resources International Ltd., China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., China Sonangol Natural Resources International Ltd.,Sonangol Sinopec International Ltd, China Endiama International Limited, China sonangol singapore, China sonangol shanghai petroleum co ltd, China sonangol wall street, china sonangol international airlines, Endiama China International Holding Ltd,etc.

Quer essas companhias como a Escom ( constituida por Espírito Santo e Hélder Bataglia em 1993).. e tantas outras… foram criadas com fundos provenientes directa ou indirectamente da Sociedade Nacional de Combustíveis de Angola, Sonangol.

E o repugnante em tudo isso é que nenhuma dessas empresas jamais partilhou os seus lucros com a suposta «empresa-mãe» – Sonangol! E por sinal, muitas das quais ainda são detentoras de contratos multimilionários com o regime de Eduardo dos Santos…

Não obstante os esforços do Presidente da República para se perpetuar no poder,cabe a nós escolhermos os nossos legítimos representantes e como queremos ser governados – e não o contrário!

Está em causa a segurança social de mais de 22 milhões de almas e a reposição da credibilidade moral das suas estruturas estatais…

Logo,a alternativa mais plausível nesse momento seria a realização de uma conferência nacional com a participação de todas as forças vivas desta nação para dissuadir quaisquer pretensões ou “supostos” ajustes de contas e criar mecanismos para a transição pacífica de poder – baseando-se no princípio de irmanidade, respeito mútuo , discussão franca e aberta!?

A escolha é nossa!

Washington D.C – Under the leadership of José Eduardo dos Santos, the mafia seized our presidency of the Republic by force of arms – it sowed a system of subtle terror and corruption in all state institutions!

Dos Santos, a former student of the KGB Military College, was responsible for the counterintelligence telecommunication services of the MPLA, led by António Agostinho Neto, in the fight against Portuguese colonialism.

Naturally, this position has allowed him to influence the decisions and solutions taken by Agostinho Neto, in the form of guerrilla operation and appointment of chief of staff.

To what extent has Eduardo dos Santos conspired to the tragic events leading to the May 27, 1977 massacre and, consequently, to the death suspected of poisoning of our first President of the Republic – only time will tell!

But it is legitimate, for example, to question his whereabouts on that day … and indeed his duties as head of the committee of inquiry to investigate dissent within the MPLA in 1976 had been strongly contested by his own target – Alves Bernardo Baptista (Nito Alves ) and Joseph Van-Dúnem!

Thus, his rise to the presidency of the Republic and the MPLA, shortly after the death of Agostinho Neto, will have caught a lot of people by surprise … and many who would have helped him come to power later ended in misery and helplessness … and still others had mysterious deaths ..

With all possible obstacles marginalized or neutralized, Dos Santos increases authority and concentrates in his hands all the powers of the State.

To further strengthen his governance and make it indisputable within any national state structures, MPLA and or opposition parties, civil society, etc., the President of the Republic used the services of former KGB affiliates, namely Arcadi Aleksandrovich Gaydamak, Lev Avnerovich Leviev, Xu Jinghua, Pierre Falcone, Hélder Bataglia dos Santos …

Officially, thus, Eduardo dos Santos usurped us the principle of the dignity of the human person, cursed our hearts and souls, prostituted the constitution and “mafialized” all our state apparatus.

He made fun of the ingenuousness of his own fighting companions, and not only … creating a rosy image of the necessity of the existence of a national bourgeois class through “primitive accumulation of capital” …

The whole idea against this principle ended up in the insane asylum, isolation, exile, forced or voluntary, premeditated murder …
The trap seems to have produced incalculable and unexpected results in a short space of time … while the “Boss” drew large-scale embezzlement plans from our public purse with the Russian Chinese mafia, his disciples fought for government offices, private or state residences, getting entrepreneurship of livelihoods…

Those who stood out the most in the special services rendered to the Presidency of the Republic were rewarded with distinguishable public functions, financial and material allowances ….

Out of this group stand out former active or inactive agents of the repressive apparatus of the State who committed crimes in the name of the President of the Republic, some of which today still occupy positions of importance in our State administration.
To these, also, others who, in the performance of their public affairs, have diverted large sums of money from the national treasury.
Any one of these individuals is not in a position to question the leadership of the current head of government or ruling party for their own accomplices, passive or active, for all crimes committed in the name of preserving the status quo!

Today, for example, when it is said that the MPLA is the only political party that “is prepared to continue to govern the destinies of the Angolan people” (Roberto de Almeida), it is equivalent to saying that no other party can have the same protection and benefits of Russian Chinese mafia.

And it is precisely here that the greatest danger of our social stability lies – it is conditional upon the outcome of certain “international conditions” and runs the risk of following the same path as Syria …

Fifteen months to the end of the Obama administration’s mandate … and meanwhile, Eduardo dos Santos is waiting for the result of the crisis of the regime in Damascus to proceed with the plan to be replaced by his own son.

If Putin is able to continue to “breastfeed” his only protégé in the Middle East until Obama’s departure, the leader of the ruling party of Russia’s last bastion in Africa will seize this opportunity to “batter” the next general elections, making sure that the transition of power (from father to son) runs without some repression!?
However, the false promise of “primitive capital accumulation” alienated many naive souls inside and outside the MPLA – such that their respective allegiances to the mafia led by Eduardo dos Santos made them complicit in all presumed crimes orchestrated by the Civil Presidency of the Republic.
For example, a large part of the hoarded funds of our strong box – valued at more than 85 billion dollars – are invested in “The 88 Queensway Group” e variás subsidiárias: Ediama Sonangol, China Sonangol Finance International Ltd.,China Sonangol Gas International Ltd.,China Sonangol International Ltd.,China Sonangol International Holding Ltd.China Sonangol Natural Resources International Ltd., China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., China Sonangol Natural Resources International Ltd.,Sonangol Sinopec International Ltd, China Endiama International Limited, China sonangol singapore, China sonangol shanghai petroleum co ltd, China sonangol wall street, china sonangol international airlines, Endiama China International Holding Ltd,etc.

Both these companies, such as Escom (formed by Espírito Santo and Hélder Bataglia in 1993), and many others … were created with funds coming directly or indirectly from the National Fuel Company of Angola, Sonangol.
And the disgusting thing about all this is that none of these companies ever shared their profits with the so-called “parent company” – Sonangol! And by the way, many of them still hold multi-million-dollar contracts with the Eduardo dos Santos regime …
Notwithstanding the efforts of the President of the Republic to perpetuate himself in power, it is up to us to choose our legitimate representatives and how we want to be governed – not the other way around!
At stake is the social security of more than 22 million souls and the restoration of the moral credibility of ours state structures …
Therefore, the most plausible alternative at this time would be to hold a national conference with the participation of all the living forces of this nation to dissuade any claims or “supposed” account adjustments and to create mechanisms for the peaceful transition of power – based on principle of brotherhood, mutual respect, frank and open discussion!?
The choice is ours!
