Angola: era uma vez a máfia chinesa e o MPLA

Washington D.C – Sem alguma pretensão apologética, a nomeação de João Lourenço à presidência do MPLA talvez seja a melhor variante (considerando a gravidade do desvio ao funcionalismo de todas nossas estruturas estatais) para uma transição ordeira e pacífica dentro desta organização política e consequentemente p’ro resto da nossa sociedade.

Quer queiramos quer não os assuntos internos do partido governante é uma realidade constante e objectiva enraizada em todo o tecido social do país, e a omissão de tal reconhecimento (de forma deliberada ou inconsciente!) poderá produzir resultados nefastos às nossas relações de convivência humana.

A título de exemplo, o economista Alves da Rocha, Director do Centro de Estudos e Investigação Científica da Universidade Católica de Angola, afirmou na conferência “Energia em Angola 2015” que entre 2002 e 2014 a nossa receita de exportação de petróleo alcançou $256 mil milhões de fundos fiscais, sem incluir os 29 mil milhões de dólares retidos no cofre do Estado na altura…

E foi precisamente nesse perído de tempo que a sua política de acumulação primitiva de capital permitiu o enriquecimento ilícito e desenfreado da elite do MPLA e seus comparsas mais directos…

Hoje, a mão invisível do poder económico e político não só é o sustentáculo da sua sobrevivência, mas também o factor de união de interesses comuns entre os seus membros de grupo restrito e associados ao estilo de “La Cosa Nostra”.

Mesmo que se emende a constituição, La Cosa Nostra (operante dentro do partido no poder) aproveitará a oportunidade de transformar essa filiação política num palco de respaldo de impunidade se não houver um líder com poderes semelhantes aos do Presidente da República.

O que equivale a dizer que La Cosa Nostra prefirirá negociar a sua impunidade com a nossa Presidência da República, fragilizando ainda mais o nosso sistema de normas jurídicas.

Mas, o maior perigo aqui é a vulnerabilidade de todo estilo de chantagem com João Lourenço fora da liderança do MPLA….

Entretanto, permitimos a contra-inteligência chinesa infiltrar os seus agentes nos nossos tecidos mais vulneráveis nas maiores capitais do país, disfarçados de criadores de empregos, em mutilação extrema dos nossos genitais masculinos – igualitos aos hábitos do mercenarismo cubano nos anos da guerra civil!

Na verdade, hoje, ninguém sabe quantos dos quais andam por nossa terra a espalhar a discórdia, horrores,fraudes,desastres, latrocínios, nascimento de fanatismo,etc… e contam-se em mais de 250 mil….

E é precisamente com nesse tipo de mercenarismo que o MPLA se apoia para nos governar…

Ora, como falar na democratização de todas nossas estruturas estatais quando agentes da contra-inteligência chinesa ( infiltrados em todas nossas veias) mantêm estruturas de base nacional em espírito-mente dormente!
Só um diálogo entre nós e a sós pode resolver tudo isso – pergunta:estará o MPLA preparado para mandar embora os chineses?

Angola: once upon a time the Chinese mafia and the MPLA

Washington D.C- Without an apologetic claim, the appointment of João Lourenço to the MPLA presidency is perhaps the best variant (considering the severity of the deviation from the functionalism of all our state structures) to an orderly and peaceful transition within this political organization and consequently for the rest of our society.

Whether we want or not the internal affairs of the governing party is a constant and objective reality rooted in the whole social fabric of the country, and the omission of such recognition (deliberately or unconsciously!), may produce negative results to our relations of human coexistence.
As an example, economist Alves da Rocha, Director of the Center for Studies and Scientific Research at the Catholic University of Angola, stated at the conference “Energy in Angola 2015” that between 2002 and 2014 our oil export revenue reached $ 256 billion of tax funds, not including the $ 29 billion retained in the state treasury at the time …
And it was precisely in this period of time that its policy of primitive accumulation of capital allowed the illicit and unbridled enrichment of the MPLA elite and its more direct cronies …

Today, the invisible hand of economic and political power is not only the mainstay of its survival, but also the factor of union of common interests among its members of restricted group and associated under with the style of “La Cosa Nostra”.

Even if the constitution is amended, La Cosa Nostra (operative within the ruling party) will seize the opportunity to turn this political affiliation into a stage of impunity if there is no leader with powers similar to those of the President of the Republic.

Which is to say that La Cosa Nostra will prefer to negotiate its impunity with our Presidency of the Republic, further weakening our system of legal norms.
But the greatest danger here is the vulnerability of every style of blackmail with João Lourenço outside the leadership of the MPLA ….

Meanwhile, we allowed Chinese counterintelligence to infiltrate its agents into our most vulnerable fabrics in the largest capitals of the country, disguised as job creators, in extreme mutilation of our male genitals – just like the habits of Cuban mercenary in the years of the civil war!
In fact, today nobody knows how many of them walk around our land to spread discord, horrors, frauds, disasters, robberies, birth of fanaticism, etc … and are counted in more than 250 thousand ….

And it is precisely with this type of mercenaryism that the MPLA relies on us to govern …
Now, how can we speak of the democratization of all our state structures when agents of Chinese counterintelligence (infiltrated in all our veins) maintain structures of national base in dormant mind-spirit!

Only a dialogue between us and alone can solve all this – question: will the MPLA be prepared to send the Chinese away?
