Angola: corrupção enraizada, apadrinhada por empresas chinesas!

Washington D.C– Desta vez, se fracassarmos, a nossa convivência social estará seriamente comprometida com consequências económicas e sociais nefastas para qualquer um de nós.
No passado, cometemos o erro fatal ao permitirmos um só indivíduo concentrar em suas mãos o controlo absoluto e ilimitado da gestão do erário público – consequentmente, criaram-se castas nocivas ao funcinamento normal de todo aparelho estatal!
Entretanto, não é que o período de benefício da dúvida dessa Presidência da República termina em Dezembro próximo ou Março de 2019, quando o actual líder do MPLA fizer à entrega de pastas ao seu substituto.
Porque ,na realidade, o que nos deveríamos preocupar mais é a capacidade de “melhorar o que está bem e corrigir o que está mal” sem a acumulação simultânea de cargos de chefia do partido governante e administração do país.
Ora, se tudo isso acontecer, fica desde já aqui garantida a exacerbação desenfreada e insaciável à uma eventual apetência política dentro das fileiras dos camaradas: a máfia-organizada disfrutará ao máximo o caos político e imporá os seus motivos ulteriores.
E se não forem contidas essas ambições no espaço de cinco anos, ou seja até as próximas eleições presidenciais, essa máfia fará tudo para mergulhar esse país num mar de incertezas, afugentando o investimento directo de instituições financeiras credíveis.
Na nossa sociedade a corrupção tem a sua origem e é lá onde se deve cortar o mal pela raiz, porque daí saíram centenas de contractos públicos duvidosos e maléficos…
Custa acreditar, por exemplo, que na obsessão de obtenção de empréstimos, a direção do partido no poder firmou contractos privados e estatais adicionados com mão-de-obra barata chinesa.
Resultado, hoje temos mais de 250 mil chineses espalhados por todos nosso território nacional, muitos dos quais envolvidos em crimes de várias índoles…
Muitas das obras mal- concluídas por várias dessas companhias serviram, essencialmente, de campanha eleitoral partidária e outras acabaram por comprometer a segurança social de milhares de cidadãos nas vias de comunicação públicas, edifícios estatais ou residências.
Mas, nunca ninguém foi responsabilizado!
Dezenas de empresas clientes ou afiliadas ao mafioso conglomerado ‘O Grupo da 88 Queensway’ passaram assim a usufruir de contractos fabulos sem passarem por concursos públicos ou terem suas obras fiscalizadas por entidades estatais nacionais…

Se não forem responsabilizados civil e penalmente os autores da má gestão pública e desvios dos empréstimos da China durante os últimos 20 anos, dificilmente, conseguiremos gerir adequadamente um novo investimento chinês e os demais investidores internacionais ficarão com receios de apostar seriamente na nossa economia.
A escolha é nossa!

Angola: rooted corruption, sponsored by Chinese companies!
Washington D.C– This time, if we fail, our social coexistence will be seriously compromised with dire economic and social consequences for any of us.
In the past, we have made the fatal error by allowing a single individual to concentrate in his hands the absolute and unlimited control of the management of the public purse – as a result, castes have been created that are harmful to the normal function of any state apparatus!
However, it is not that the period of benefit of the doubt of this Presidency of the Republic ends in December or March 2019, when the current leader of the MPLA makes shift handover to his replacement.
Because, in reality, what we should be more concerned with is the ability to “improve what is right and correct what is wrong” without the simultaneous accumulation of positions of leadership of the ruling party and administration of the country.
If all this happens, the unrestrained and insatiable exacerbation of eventual political appetite within the ranks of the comrades is guaranteed here: the organized mafia will enjoy the political chaos as much as possible and impose its ulterior motives.
And if these ambitions are not contained within five years, that is until the next presidential election, this mafia will do everything to plunge the country into a sea of uncertainties, driving away the direct investment of credible financial institutions.
In our society corruption has its origin and it is there where we must cut the evil at the root, because from there came hundreds of dubious and evil public contracts …
It is hard to believe, for example, that in the lending obsession, the leadership of the ruling party signed private and state contracts with cheap Chinese labor.
As a result, today we have more than 250,000 Chinese people spread throughout our national territory, many of whom are involved in crimes of various kinds …
Many of the mis-works completed by several of these companies served essentially as a party election campaign and others ended up compromising the social security of thousands of citizens on public roads, state buildings or homes.
But, no one has ever been blamed!
Dozens of companies that are clients or affiliated with the mafia-conglomerate ‘The 88 Queensway Group’ have thus been able to enjoy fabulous contracts without going through public tenders or having their works inspected by national state entities …

If the perpetrators of mismanagement and misrepresentation of China’s lending over the last 20 years are not criminally and civilly liable, we will hardly be able to properly manage a new Chinese investment, and other international investors will be afraid to bet heavily on our economy.
