Washington D.C -Os mistérios envoltos na persistente exigência do FMI, Banco Central Europeu e Reserva Federal dos Estados Unidos da América de verem retirados do nosso sistema bancário pessoas politicamente expostas (PEP), põem a nu a vulnerabilidade e a credibilidade de gestão do erário público nacional.
Não se tratam de meras coincidências ou acões deliberadas movidas por cobiça, revanchismo ou maldade alheia…
Acumulação primitiva de capital
O fiasco da criação de uma elite com fundamentos na acumulação primitiva de capital, arquitectada pelo último chefe do partido governante, acabou por aviltar os padrões , princípios e valores morais de grande parte dos seus apologistas e envolventes no desfalque desenfreado do nosso património público…
Oficializou-se, perversamente!, a intrujice e conluios,a venalidade, a fraude, a devassidão moral, a impostura, a ilusão, as dissimulações e enganos, as desonestidades intelectuais, a propaganda enganosa, os assassinatos por envenenamentos ou homicídios premeditados – tudo isso em nome do acesso exclusivo e ilimitado à todas nossas fontes de riquezas!
Associação com o Grupo 88 Queensway
Associaram-se ao notório Grupo 88 Queensway com o qual constituiram empresas duvidosas – a saber: China Sonangol, Sonangol Asia Ltd, Ediama Sonangol , China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., International Limited, China Sonangol Singapore, China Sonangol Shanghai Petroleum Co Ltd, China Sonangol Wall Street, China Sonangol International Airlines, Endiama China International Holding Ltd, Endiama Asia Pacific Limited, Global Investments Fund Limited, Sonangol Asia Limited,etc.
Contudo, restam ainda por explicar a percentagem de capital de giro e investimento fixo investidos pelo anterior governo nessas companhias. Tal como o capital de ganho da Sonangol invertido na China Sonangol.
Xu Jinghua e empresas de construção do Grupo 88 Queensway
Aliás, é do próprio interesse nacional averiguar dentro do país os destinos dos bens imóveis de Xu Jinghua (Sam Pa), que, em 2007, segundo o archive.org/stream, declarou a Asia Times que o seu contracto com o governo angolano não era senão “mais do que uma fatia da sua grande torta de negócio da construção de Angola, que poderia valer cerca de 30 mil milhões de dólares”.
Convém esclarecer também o despacho presidencial 154/14, de 11 de agosto, que outorgou um contrato a empresa chinesa China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) –para construir a central de ciclo combinado do Soyo, na província angolana do Zaire, avaliado mais de 985,2 milhões de dólares (742 milhões de euros), de acordo com a Lusa.
Os contractos firmados entre o ex-Presidente do MPLA e as empresas de construção do Grupo 88 Queensway [China Steel 20 (Zhongtie 20), Guangxi Construction and Engineering, Guangxi Water and Electric, Sichuan Nanchong, Sichuan Uingshan, Fuikan Ningde, Jinghend Internacional,China National Aero-Technology International Engineering Corporation,China Hyway Group Limited, China International Fund (CIF), AVIC, China National Aero-Technology International Engineering Corporation(?),etc.] devem igualmente merecer a atenção especial do nosso sistema de justiça criminal.
Desaparecimento «misterioso» de Jinhgua
Depois de ter desaparecido na noite de 8 de Outubro de 2015 do hotel Sofitel em Pequim como revela a africanargument,multiplicam-se as especulações sobre o seu verdadeiro paradeiro, enquanto que o seu irmão Soo Chee Chan vai mantendo sob controlo os negócios da China Sonangol através da aquisição duma empresa na Espanha, onde esteve no princípio de 2017, conforme indica a La Voz de Galacia.
Grupo 88 Queensway vs. corrupção política em Angola
O súbito desaparecimento de Sam Pa complica enormente qualquer tipo de investigação sobre o seu envolvimento nos assuntos de corrupção activa, corporativa, política, circunstancial, lateral, etc., enquanto agente dinamizador e incentivador dos negócios lucrativos entre o governo de José Eduardo dos Santos e o Grupo 88 Queensway.

E como indicam altos funcionários dos nossos serviços de contra-inteligênica, um dos objectivos da nomeação de Isabel dos Santos à liderança da Sociedade Nacional de Combustíveis de Angola (Sonangol) era de borrar qualquer «álibi» comprometente à liberdade física do antigo Presidente da República.
Não foi em vão que o auge da corrupção no nosso país começa precisamente com a entrada das companhias desse grupo chinês no nosso mercado financeiro e de capitais.
Assim, o combate contra esse flagelo social nunca será bem sucedido se tentarmos evitar debater aberta e francamente como uma pequena elite usou a política de acumulação primitiva de capital para se enriquecer vergonha e desalmadamente, comprometendo a nossa convivência social…
Os ataques direcionados ao novo estilo de governação não almejam «prepositadamente» o actual inquilino do nosso palácio presidencial… mas a sua postura de restaurar a ordem pública e a credibilidade das estruturas do Estado…
É imperativo não permitirmos que essa gente continue a utilizar as nossas instituições estatais para daí moldar a seu bel-prazer a nossa forma de pensar , causar intrigas e desavenças entre nós…
Ou enfrentamos a realidade tal qual nos apresenta, denunciando energeticamente em todos os cantos desse mundo as intenções sestrosas dos nossos malfeitores ou acabamos por ser seus cúmplices consciente ou inconscientemente.
