Angola: a praga da corrupção petrodólar

Washington D.C -As distinções , similaridades económicas,e políticas de Angola e Ecuador forçam-nos a confrontar «curiosamente» a praga da corrupção petrodólar.
Com as suas elites bem restrictas a asenhorarem-se impiedosamente da comercialização lícita e ilícita do crude e gás há uns tempos atrás, hoje ambos os países veem-se mergulhados em dívidas astronómicas capazes de os comprometer a soberania nacional.
Os poços de petróleo de cada um dos quais serviram por longos anos de caixa multibanco para os depostos Presidentes da República, que à distância tentam travar ações judiciais inerentes à má-gestão, casos de corrupção, peculato ,branqueamento de capitais, etc.,durante os seus respectivos pelouros.
A Pressenza na sua edição de 8 de Outubro indica que a Procuradoria-Geral do Equador recomendou ao Supremo Tribunal Nacional emitir a Interpol um mandado de captura internacional contra o seu ex-presidente Rafael Correa…
Em Angola a magnitude da corrupção petrodólar é muito mais complexa e profunda – por além de estar enraizada em todos os tecidos mais vulneráveis da sociedade – é responsável por uma grande parte de homicídios premeditados ou assassinatos por envenenamentos.
Ao modus operandi semelhante à «La Cosa Nostra», essa natureza de crimes deixou os autores moralmente comprometidos aos seus mandantes, constituindo assim um enorme obstáculo à qualquer investigação judicial…
Por incrível que pareça, o país tornou-se em muitos anos cenário de tráfico ilícito de armas, diamantes, petróleo, seres humanos,marfim, contrabando de moeda nacional ou divisas estrangeiras,etc.; estrearam-se por aqui grandes figuras como Arcadi Aleksandrovich Gaydamak, Pierre Falcone, Lev Avnerovich Leviev, Hélder Bataglia dos Santos, Xu Jinghua ( Sam Pa), Tatiana Cergueevna Regan, Sylvain Goldber, Guy Laniado,etc.,todos apadrinhados e bem abençoados pelos ex- Presidente da República e seus comparsas mais directos.
Criam-se, inclusive, empresas duvidosas – a saber: China Sonangol, Sonangol Asia Ltd, Ediama Sonangol , China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., China Sonangol International Investment Ltd., International Limited, China Sonangol Singapore, China Sonangol Shanghai Petroleum Co Ltd, China Sonangol Wall Street, China Sonangol International Airlines, Endiama China International Holding Ltd, Endiama Asia Pacific Limited, Global Investments Fund Limited, Sonangol Asia Limited,etc.
Segundo o livro de Marcus Power e Ana Alves Cristina intitulado “China and Angola: A Marriage of Convenience? (Angola e China Casamento por Conveniência?)”, José Filomeno de Sousa dos Santos (Zenú) foi o representante da China Sonangol International Holding (CSIH) em Angola.
O funcionamento anormal de todas nossas estruturas estatais ou partidárias convém aos interesses unteriores do grupelho de indivíduos que se enriqueceu ilícita e desavergonhadamente do nosso erário público.
E se os permitirmos, usarão todos os recursos financeiros mal-adquiridos para nos imporem as suas vontades, moldarem a nossa forma de pensar e forçar a criação de um regime de marionetes a seu bel-prazer.
O acesso de informação da gestão da coisa pública, contínuo dialógo aberto entre governado e governante, criação urgente de uma comissão permanente para tratar assuntos de revisão constitucional, organização regular e ordeira do processo eleitoral,debate franco sobre os homicídios do 27 de Maio como gesto de reconciliação nacional, proteção e segurança dos denunciantes, etc., ajudarão a melhorar a nossa convivência social e afastar todos os perigos recorrentes à paz e segurança nacional.

Washington D.C – The economic and political distinctions and similarities of Angola and Ecuador force us to confront “curiously” the plague of petrodollar corruption.

In Angola the magnitude of petrodollar corruption is much more complex and profound – as well as being rooted in all the most vulnerable tissues in society – it is responsible for a large part of premeditated homicides or poisoning murders.
To the modus operandi similar to “La Cosa Nostra”, this nature of crimes has left the perpetrators morally committed to their clients, thus constituting a huge obstacle to any judicial investigation…
Amazingly enough, the country has become a backdrop of illicit trafficking in arms, diamonds, oil, human beings, ivory, smuggling of national currency or foreign currencies, etc.; great figures have been debuted here as Arcadi Aleksandrovich Gaydamak, Pierre Falcone, Lev Avnerovich Leviev, Hélder Bataglia dos Santos, Xu Jinghua (Sam Pa), Tatiana Cergueevna Regan, Sylvain Goldber, Guy Lanhada, etc., all sponsored and well blessed by the former President of the Republic and his most direct cronies.

The abnormal functioning of all our state or partisan structures should be in the interests of the group of individuals who have become unlawfully and unshamelessly enriched by our public bursary.

The access of information from the management of the public thing, continuous open dialogue between governed and ruler, urgent creation of a permanent committee to address issues of constitutional review, regular organization and orderly of the electoral process, candid debate about the murders of May 27 as a gesture of national reconciliation, protection and security of whistleblower,etc., will help to improve our social coexistence and remove all the recurrent dangers to peace and national security.
