Angola: uma máfia russa-chinesa, um regime ditatorial e uma ameaça à nossa frágil estabilidade social

Washington D.C – As recentes revelações de desfalques do erário público, abusos sistemáticos e graves dos direitos humanos por parte da nossa «elite dirigente» força-nos questionar a sua integridade cívica (ética deontológica) e funcionalidade mental.
“Quem nunca comeu melado quando come se lambuza”, assim dita o adágio popular!
É precisamente esse melado que José Eduardo dos Santos e seus comparsas mais directos têm “usado como isca” para aliciar a uma certa parte da nossa nova geração ser cúmplice activa ou passiva dos horríficos crimes cometidos dentro ou fora do território angolano.
Resulta que muitos desses coniventes são filhos das vitimas ou algozes do sangrento 27 de Maio de 1977 e tantos outros genocídios ocorridos na nossa sociedade.
Estão associados aos serviços da nossa contrainteligência, selecionados e controlados minuciosamente pela Casa Civil da Presidência da República.
No entanto, seria pertinente aqui se tivéssemos em conta as oportunidades colocadas à Eduardo dos Santos para resolver pacificamente vários “diferendos políticos” com os seus principais rivais.
Lamentavelmente, muitas dessas desavenças tiveram desfechos cruéis e impiedosos… E, na maior parte das vezes, a exacerbação do ato de extrema intolerância do Chefe de Estado atendia a dois fatores: silenciar a voz contrária dentro e fora do partido governante (MPLA) e satisfazer os caprichos da máfia russa-chinesa.
E a má-fé em tudo isso é que Dos Santos lucrou financeiramente no decurso e após a nossa guerra civil, como ficou claro no Angolagate (Caso das vendas de armas a Angola) e em tantos outros!
Se vivêssemos numa sociedade civil de direito, hoje José Eduardo dos Santos nunca teria uma promíscua libertinagem de ainda poder :
1. Mergulhar o país numa guerra por procuração caso o desejo de ser substituido por seu próprio filho não seja concretizado.
2. Possuir a audaciosa facilidade em desfalcar o nosso erário público.
3. Adulterar os relatórios económicos e contratos secretos firmados com entidades estatais ou privadas estrangeiras.
4. Falsificar grosseiramente os resultados eleitorais a seu bel-prazer.
5. Marginalizar consistentemente uma ampla participação popular nas decisões de interesse público, etc.
6. Falsear uma convivência harmónica multi-etnolinguística nacional constantemente aterrorizada sob as força das armas e intimidações psicológicas.
7. Conseguir em utilizar as relações sociais, e étnico-raciais como mecanismo de poder manipular e controlar uma certa camada da população através de ludibriosos e aliciantes estímulos políticos e económicos.
8. Ter a possibilidade de moldar o pensar mais ingénuo da nossa sociedade a tal ponto de o tornar submissivo através da aculturação do culto à personalidade.
9. Ser capaz de criar com individualidades nacionais e estrangeiras empresas fantasmas financiadas por fundos oriundos do cofre nacional.
10. Ter posse e controle de esquadrão da morte operante a nível nacional através de terceiros.
11. Ter a audácia de intimidar ou eliminar fisicamente os seus adversários no estrangeiro, consoante os seus respectivos locais de residências.
12. Ter a hipótese de manipular e corromper a seu favor as decisões tomadas pela União Africana (UA).
13. Agir e sair impune de todas suas ações maléficas sem alguma responsabilidade jurídico-penal.
Verdade seja aqui dita… o Presidente da República só consegue reter tais poderes ilimitados em suas mãos graças à filiação e proteção exclusiva da máfia russa-chinesa, em especial.
É, contudo, legítimo e cívico preocuparmo-nos aqui com a soberania e integridade deste país… porque naturalmente que os préstimos dessa máfia têm os seus condicionantes e riscos!
As seguintes empresas afiliadas ao Grupo 88 Queensway de Sam Pa ( Xu Jinghua) e criadas com recursos provenientes do nosso orçamento de Estado têm servido de esconderijo e desfalque de receitas oriundas do erário público nacional:

China Sonangol International Airlines, Endiama China International Holding Ltd,etc.
A recente detenção de Sam Pa, um dos grandes intermediários nos negócios entre Angola e a China, sob suspeitas de enriquecimento ilícito através da Companhia Petroquímica Chinesa ,Sinopec, alimenta cada vez mais suspeita de que a sua empresa multibilionária Grupo 88 Queensway continua a beneficiar de proteção de homens intocáveis dentro do Partido Comunista Chinês.
Os negócios das empresas de Pa com o Presidente José Eduardo dos Santos no nosso mercado financeiro, bens imóveis, petrolífero, diamantífero e a concessão de empréstimo da China International Fund Limited ao governo angolano é resultado inequívoca da operação da máfia chinesa no nosso país.
Ao passo que a máfia russa assegura que Lev Avnerovich Leviev e a diamantífera russa Alrosa controlem e comercializem em nosso nome todos diamantes e outros minérios relacionados produzidos em Angola.
Contudo, a entrada da Petrobras e Odebrecht em todos nossos mercados sempre obedeceu a uma estratégia corporativa da perniciosa máfia brasileira enraizada nos tecidos vulneráveis angolanos.
Não se dúvida aqui que o apoio da máfia operante na nossa sociedade é imprescindível a existência do regime no poder.
Quanto menos se falar de gestão eficiente do nosso erário público, transparência fiscal, punibilidade, responsabilidade civil, distribuição equitativa de renda, partilha de poder,etc., mais protegido estará o Presidente da República por essa máfia espalhada em todas estruturas da nossa terra.
Por outro lado, questionar e falar abertamente sobre os cargos públicos desempenhados pelos filhos de Eduardo dos Santos é expor a continuação da corrupção vergonhosa e petulante reinante nos nossos aparelhos estatais, porque qualquer um dos quais está envolvido em crimes de peculato,nepotismo,favoritismo,concussão,desfalque, fraude,etc.
O líder do MPLA e seu partido perdeu a dignidade moral e cívica de continuar na governação de Angola por ter assumido com a máfia internacional compromissos irreconciliáveis e alheios à vontade dos angolanos!
Resta-nos assim saber o poder que essa máfia tem dentro do nosso aparelho-político estatal para estarmos certos e cientes dos moldes de negociações conducentes ao aposentamento compulsivo de José Eduardo dos Santos, criação de uma comissão de conciliação e inclusão nacional, formação de um governo de transição nacional com a participação de todas as forças vivas do país,realização de eleições credíveis e transparentes,etc.
Permitirmos que o presidente do MPLA faça um compasso de espera da nomeação do novo Chefe do Executivo Americano e o desenrolar dos acontecimentos internacionais,para depois condicionar a realização das nossas eleições gerais de 2016, é muito arriscado e perigoso.
Agindo assim estariamos a dar azo ao regime de Eduardo dos Santos de reprimir a seu bel-prazer fortes e futuras contestações relativas à corrupção endémica, má governação, pobreza generalizada, desigualdades,impunidade, excessivos abusos de direitos humanos,etc.

Angola: a Russian-Chinese mafia, a dictatorial regime and a threat to our fragile social stability

Washington D.C – The recent revelations of embezzlement of the public purse, systematic and serious abuses of human rights by our ‘ ruling elite ‘ forces us to question its civic integrity (deontological ethics) and mental functionality.
“Set a beggar on horseback and he will ride to hell”, so dictates popular adage!
It is precisely this treacle that José Eduardo dos Santos and his closest cronies have “used as bait” to entice a certain part of our new generation to be active or passive accomplice of horrific crimes committed in or out of Angola.
It turns out that many of these children are conniving of the victims or perpetrators of the bloody May 27, 1977 and many other genocides in our society.
They are associated with the services of our counterintelligence, selected and carefully controlled by the Civil Office of the Presidency.
However, it would be appropriate here if we had in mind the opportunities offered for Eduardo dos Santos to resolve peacefully several “political differences” with his main rivals.
Unfortunately, many of these disagreements had ruthless and cruel outcomes. And in most cases, the exacerbation of the act of extreme intolerance of the Head of State attended to two factors: silence the dissenting voice within and outside the ruling party (MPLA) and satisfy the whims of the Russian-Chinese mafia.
And the bad faith in all this is that Dos Santos financially profited during and after our civil war, as evidenced in Angolagate (case of arms sales to Angola) and many others!
If we were living in a civil society of right, today José Eduardo dos Santos would never have a disorderly licentiousness to be still able to:
1.) Plunge the country into a war by proxy if the desire to be replaced by his own son is not implemented.
2. Have the daring ease to embezzle our State treasury.
3. Tampering economic reports and secret agreements with foreign state or private entities.
4. Grossly falsify the election results to his pleasure.
5. Marginalize consistently popular broad participation in decisions of public interest, etc.
6. Have the ability to distort a national multi-ethnolinguistics harmonic coexistence constantly terrified under the force of arms and psychological intimidation.
7. Get in using social relations, and ethnic-racial as a mechanism to be able to manipulate and control a certain layer of the population through deceptive and attractive political and economic stimuli.
8. Be able to shape the thinking more naïve of our society to the point of making it submissive through acculturation of the cult of personality.
9. Be able to create with national and foreign dignitaries shell companies financed by funds from the national safe.
10. Have possession and control of operating death squads at the national level through third parties.
11. Being able to have the audacity to intimidate or physically eliminate his opponents abroad, according to their respective
places of residences.
12. Having the chance to manipulate and corrupt in his favor the decisions taken by the African Union (AU ).
13. Take action and get away from all his evil actions without any legal and criminal liability.
Truth be told here ,the President of the Republic only manages to keep such unlimited powers in his hands thanks to the affiliation and exclusive protection of the Chinese-Russian mafia, in special.
It is, nevertheless, legitimate and civic we preoccupy ourselves here with the sovereignty and integrity of this country … because naturally that the favors of this mob have its restrictions and risks!
The following 88 Queensway Group affiliated companies of Sam Pa (Xu Jinghua), created with resources from our state budget, have served as a hiding place and embezzlement of revenues from the national exchequer:

The recent arrest of Sam Pa, one of the major intermediaries in business between Angola and China, under suspicion of illicit enrichment through the Chinese petrochemical company Sinopec, feeds increasingly suspicion that his multi-billion-dollar company 88 Queensway Group continues to benefit from protection of untouchables men within the Chinese Communist Party.
The business of Pa firms with President Jose Eduardo dos Santos in our financial market, real estate, oil, diamond and the granting of loan from the China International Fund Limited to the Angolan Government is unequivocal result of the operation of the Chinese mafia in our country.
While the Russian mafia ensures that Lev Leviev Avnerovich and the Russian diamond company Alrosa control and marketing on our behalf all diamonds and other minerals produced in Angola.
However, the entry of Petrobras and Odebrecht in all our markets always obeyed a pernicious Brazilian mafia’s corporate strategy rooted in vulnerable Angolans.
There’s no question here that the mafia operative support in our society is essential to the existence of the regime in power.
The less you talk about efficient management of our public purse, fiscal transparency, criminality, civil liability, equitable distribution of income, power-sharing, etc., more protected will be the President of the Republic by this mob scattered in all structures of our country.
On the other hand, question and openly discussing the public positions filled by children of Eduardo dos Santos is to expose the continuation of shameful and petulant corruption reigning in our State apparatus , because either one of them is involved in crimes of embezzlement, nepotism, favoritism, graft, fraud, etc.
The leader of the MPLA and his party lost the moral and civic dignity of continuing in the government of Angola because of having assumed with the international mafia promises irreconcilable and foreign to the will of the Angolans!
We still have to know the power this mob has within our political state apparatus to be certain and aware of the molds of negotiations leading to the compulsive retirement of José Eduardo dos Santos, setting up a Committee of conciliation and national inclusion, formation of a National Transitional Government with the participation of all stakeholders in the country, credible and transparent elections , etc.
Allow the president of MPLA make a setback of the appointment of a new American chief executive and the development of international events, then condition the realization of our general elections in 2016, it is very risky and dangerous.
Acting thus we would be giving rise to Eduardo dos Santos’ regime to repress at his own convenience strong and future challenges on the endemic corruption , poor governance , widespread poverty, inequality, impunity , excessive human rights abuses , etc.
